An incredible year saw Nick Kirby, from Hartley Wintney, complete 25 long distance races during the course of the year to raise money for The Cystic Fibrosis Trust. Completing 13 half marathons and 12 full marathons the runner was thrilled to receive sponsorship from The Foundation Shanly who pledged £100 per full marathon and £50 per half marathon helping Nick to raise over £8,500 in total. Nick was running in memory of his son’s best friend who sadly died at the age of 8.
