Resurgo run a number of initiatives. These include their award-winning six week programme, Spear, which helps young unemployed people aged 16-24 years old into work or education; Resurgo Ventures, which supports emerging social entrepreneurs to make a positive impact on society and Resurgo Consulting, which is a coaching and recruitment consultancy service to employers.
Our donation of £2,000 will be used towards their Spear programme which, in the past decade, has supported over 5,000 unemployed young people with 75% remaining in work a year later.
