National Trust educational visits for schools

The National Trust strive to protect our natural environment and have recently branched out to educate the next generation about the environment they live in and its history, including how the Avebury landscape (where the education centre is based) has evolved over the last 6,000 years. The education centre offers interactive exhibits, Neolithic landscapes to explore and facilities to cater for large school groups. A donation from The Shanly Foundation will be used to fund coach travel grants for educational visits to and from the centre for schools in West Berkshire and North Hampshire.
