Cox Green saw between 700 to 800 people from the local and surrounding areas come together for 2017’s village fayre. The fayre offered an array of activities and entertainment for both children and adults, from exploring the fayre on the lion cubs train to dancing around the Maypole, all whilst listening to The Maidenhead Rock Choir and other musical treats. The fayre is expected to have raised around £500 which will be donated to mobility charity, People to Places who provide accessible community transport and shop mobility services within the Royal Borough of Windsor & Maidenhead. The Shanly Foundation are pleased to have been able to contribute to the organising and running of the fayre.
