Core grants
90% of our grants are made from the core grants fund
In keeping with our belief that accessing funding should be a simple process our criteria have been kept to a minimum. We understand applicants need to know where and when vital funding will arrive, so the board meet monthly to consider requests and deliver speedy decisions. Shanly Foundation welcome applications from a wide, cross section of organisations.
Who can apply?
- Registered charities, Community Interest Companies (CIC), Charitable Incorporated Organisations (CIO), Exempt or Excepted under Charity Commission guidance
- Your organisation must have been in existence for more than 12 months
- You must have a dedicated bank account
- Applications are welcomed for single and multi-year, project, capital, core and unrestricted grants
