Crossroads Care Richmond and Kingston upon Thames helps family carers who are looking after an ill, frail or disabled relative, child or friend enabling the carer to take time to recharge. Crossroad’s highly trained carer support workers are able to take on all caring tasks, both in the home and within the community, working flexibly to provide whatever help is needed and fitting in around the family of the carer. The charity was delighted to take delivery of a smart new mini-bus today which will enable them to continue to offer outings and trips to the many groups they support. The Shanly Foundation was pleased to have been able to contribute towards to the costs of this essential community transport.
