We are very pleased to be supporting Headway Hertfordshire, the only charity in the county for those affected by an acquired brain injury. Headway Hertfordshire works closely with people who have a brain injury, their carers and families. They aim to reduce social isolation, improve health and wellbeing and give carers a break.
Headway Hertfordshire offers a range of support services including:

Group sessions focusing on building healthy habits.
Trained counselling.
Peer support groups.
A confidential free UK helpline.
Carer support.
